Great place to eat, and they always have great live music on the weekends. We love their fish fry. Their macaroni and cheese is really good too.

I don't get to River Falls often but I make a point of stopping at Juniors. The food is always great and the beer sampler is great. Not sure what to try? Leave it to the experts, the staff has never let me down. They also have live music at night (although I haven't had a chance to check that out)

Junior's continues to provide a welcome respite to cheap bar food - grilled portobellas, fusions of Asian, Latin traditional American foods, good appetizers, great rotating selection of craft beers on tap, music on Friday evenings.

Ugh. The food is overpriced, especially for the quality. Junior's seems like it's trying to be upscale but is really lacking. Do you want to be upscale or do you want to be a small college town bar? Service is lacking and poor. I asked for a burger with no cheese or onions and received both cheese and onions. Not a fan. There are plenty of other bars in RF that serve better food, have a friendlier staff, and don't pretend to be something they're not.

An ambitious menu for what looks like a sports pub. Decent food, cocktails and service. Unexpected for a small town Northern Wisco. Try the Moscow Mule...

Another 4 star review for Junior's! I dig their changing menu and unique options. This isn't you're standard bar and grill nor is it a dive college bar--it's got a decent vibe for a casual quick dinner or a longer date night. When people ask me where they should get dinner when they're in RIver Falls, Junior's is near the top of my list or recommendations.

This place has above average food and one thing hard to find in the area-- Atmosphere

Wow, expectations are obviously very low in River Falls. This is low grade dog food. When the best restaurant in Minneapolis (112) is significantly less expensive than Juniors, you really have to question the establishment. Cheese curds are $8.99? The burgers are more expensive than Borough, 112, 5-8, Matt's Bar, and The Blue Door. These are all places that have been voted best burger in the twin cities, or have won Zagat or a James beard awards. Last time I checked River Falls Lease rates are significantly less than Minneapolis/st.Paul and i am pretty sure the people working the kitchen are not coming with a culinary reputation. So again, why the pricing? The people and visitors of River Falls deserve better. But I will end with a positive: the Rush River beer on tap is very good.

Came for lunch. It was pretty slow, just us and another party so the service could've been a little more attentive. We ordered the spicy shrimp app, salmon cakes, and The jerk chicken tacos. The cakes were super yummy and a great combo of flavors. The spicy shrimp app was not spicy and ended up being fried shrimp tossed in a weird mayo sauce, it was like sweet chile sauce mixed with mayo. The jerk chicken tacos had no spice whatsoever and was more like grilled chicken tacos. I ended up complaining about the shrimp and jerk chicken because what we received was not what the menu described at all. The establishment offered to take the spicy shrimp off our bill and also give us a different meal to go, we opted for the BBQ chicken pizza and took that home. It was delicious!! Fresh cilantro really was a nice touch. I probably won't be back however, I like when menu descriptions match what is brought out to me.

What a fantastic venue. We love the food and the atmosphere. Our large group enjoyed the food and the availability to host a very large party. We host multiple company functions here and Juniors does not disappoint.

Junior's is a bar/restaurant attached to a motel. The appetizers were really good when we went but the main course was just good. We had onion rings for an appetizer and they were huge and tasty! That was a huge plus. My wife had their version of Pad Thai and it was very sub par. My burger had a fried egg and bacon which was pretty good except they didn't fully cook the egg as requested so it made the bun a soggy mess. Taste wise it was fine. All in all, I would probably not come go out of my way to come back here as the prices are a bit on the high side and nothing really made it stand out besides the onion rings.

Juniors is the only place in River Falls that really will try to do adventuresome menus. A fun place with a great happy hour.

Service is great! Awesome happy hour, and the best bloody mary's in town! Not a huge fan of the food here-- a lot of the menu items I've tried, I haven't been too fond of. On the other hand, some of the small plates are tasty, including the Bang Bang Shrimp, and they are half-price during happy hour. Overall, I'm a frequent customer due to it's great location close to campus and the great happy hour!

We tried Juniors on a coupon deal to see if we liked it. To start with the beer was nice and cold. The problem was that everything else was too! We had to send the soup back. We had to ask, after about 45 minutes, if our food was ready. It was, and it was COLD. After we finished our meal the server brought out our fresh from the oven popovers... yes, again they were cold. Must of been hot out of the oven... yesterday? I wanted to like this place but will not return.

If you are in River Falls and want a change of pace, this is a good spot to start. In terms of bars in comparison, it has a variety in terms of clientele that the other bars can't say they have. The prices are good and the food is decent. Nothing to write home about, but not just bar food. They have live entertainment at times and they have some great weekly specials come summer. Worth it to check it out.
